"Eissportzentrum" - Icesportstadium
The Eissportzentrum for figure skating is located beneath the Erdinger arena, at the east-side of Oberstdorf. On 26.400 sqm the visitors can find three halls with a total of 4.500 sqm of frozen surface.
It took three years – start 1978 – to the completion of the building. In these three halls everybody can watch the daily and several times showed training of the international top athletes, ice hockey games, short track, figure skating competitions, curling and international skating exhibition.
