Neuschwanstein – the royal castle near Füssen
The fairy tale castle of King Ludwig II is one of the most visited castles in the world. A visit to this magnificent building will take you into the secret life of the monarch. The ascent through the Pöllat gorge is well worth the effort and there are magnificent views of Neuschwanstein from the Marienbrücke. And don’t forget to visit the neighbouring castle of Hohenschwangau.

Lindau by Lake Constance
The town of Lindau is situated on the banks of Lake Constance, a paradise for sailors and other water sports enthusiasts. Particularly the old harbour area with Löwendenkmal (Lion Monument) and lighthouse is worth a visit. Other interesting sights are the old town hall and museum.
