Our house Central is located in the heart of Oberstdorf, in the middle of the pedestrian zone. The journey to your holiday home is possible without any problems. Whether you love shopping, want to enjoy the many events in the Oberstdorf house or the beautiful ambience of the spa park, everything is right on your doorstep, including a supermarket, bakery and restaurants. You can easily reach our comfortably furnished 2 and 3 room apartments with a lift. There is an underground car park directly in the house.
Smoking is allowed on the balconies.
An ideal starting point for hikes and walks
All apartments are equipped with cable TV and flat screens.
The 3 G rules apply in our Central building and we ask you to wear a mask in the stairwell and in the underground car park for your own protection and that of others.
We recommend the summit pass 7 days 99 €, 14 days 140 € as we no longer have a cable car ticket included
