The house, built in 1905 and owned by the Graf von Faber-Castell family, is in close proximity to the Fuggerpark. Pedestrian zone, market place and train station can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot.
The apartment is optimally equipped for 6 people.
In the large garden you will find enough space to relax and linger.
A grill is available for a sociable get-together. There is also a trampoline and a swing for the children.
In the basement there is a washing machine, dryer and a ski boot dryer, which you can use free of charge.
There are also storage facilities for skis and bicycles as well as car parking spaces outdoors.
